Responsible for all phases of the project from analysis and initial scope development, to project delivery and completion. Assists with customer reference visits, training and marketing events. This is a senior level person who manages time, cost, and feasibility studies; assists in forecasting hardware and software needs; and works with other information systems areas to develop policies and procedures, and to resolve technical problems.
